This is a fully personalized program designed to help you achieve lasting health and weight goals. It’s structured in three phases:
Phase 1 – Flexible Nutrition, where you reset your body and improve digestion.
Phase 2 – Sustainable Eating, to maintain progress and build healthy habits.
Phase 3 – Goal Achievement, an intensive phase to reach your target weight and optimize results.
Each phase is tailored to your unique metabolism, lifestyle and goals, ensuring a safe and effective journey.
Anyone with conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, eating disorders, or GI disorders must seek weight-loss guidance from their healthcare provider.
The program includes biweekly plan updates with personalized diets, complete with recipes and detailed calorie information. You’ll have biweekly check-ins to review your progress and unlimited chat access for any questions or support between updates. Your body measurements are tracked and updated every two weeks to monitor improvements and adjust your plan as needed.
The full program costs $149 per month.
FASE I: FLEXIBLE NUTRITION
The first phase of the Salus Diet, Flexible Nutrition, focuses on resetting your body while introducing healthy eating habits. During this phase, you’ll eat a wide variety of foods within a controlled calorie range, helping to reduce bloating, improve digestion, balance blood sugar and lipids and gently prepare your body for the upcoming phases. The goal is to create a solid foundation for lasting results without feeling deprived or restricted.
FASE II: SUSTAINABLE EATING
In Phase 2, Sustainable Eating, the focus shifts to maintaining your progress and solidifying healthy habits. This phase helps you follow a structured eating routine that supports continued weight management while allowing flexibility for your lifestyle, favorite foods and schedule. The goal is to create long-term consistency, so the results from Phase 1 become lasting habits rather than temporary changes.
FASE III: GOAL ACHIEVEMENT
Phase 3, Goal Achievement, is the final, more intensive phase of the Salus Diet. Its purpose is to help you reach your target weight and optimize your overall results. During this phase, your personalized plan focuses on fine-tuning nutrition, boosting metabolism and solidifying all the healthy habits you’ve built in the previous phases. This phase ensures you finish strong and maintain your progress long-term.
